INGREDIENTS (2 PORTIONS)
-
50g CFM whey-isolate
-
20cl passion fruit juice
-
12cl lemon juice
-
12cl pineapple juice
-
10cl orange juice
-
crushed ice
METHOD
1. First, mix the Gold’s Gym protein powder with 500ml cold water to make a smooth shake.
2. Pour the crushed ice, juices and the mixed shake into the mixer and blend until the ice is reduced to tiny pieces. This dead-easy fitness shake provides almost 20g protein per glass.
By the way: Fructose is a sugar found in fruits, including unsweetened fruit juices. This fitness shake helps you to give your muscles the extra protein they need. If you’re looking for low-carb, sugar-free refreshment that still provides a big portion of protein, look no further than our CFM Whey Isolate Shake. It’s extremely low fat and very low sugar.
