INGREDIENTS (FOR 6 PIECES)
-
200g ground almonds
-
2 tbsp cacao powder
-
60g whey-protein-concentrate, chocolate
-
1/2 package backing soda
-
15g stevia
-
1 glas berry puree
-
4 egg white
-
1 pinch salt
-
fresh raspberries
-
2 Protein & Fruits Bars
METHOD
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
2. Mix all ingredients (including the thawed raspberries) for the protein brownies to form a light but firm mixture. If the mixture is too thin, change the consistency by adding a little protein powder, if it’s too thick, just add another egg white.
3. Then pour the mixture into a brownie mould or onto a greased baking tray. You can then carefully press half the raspberries into the mixture. Now, all that’s left is to put the tray into the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.
4. And then? How do you know when the protein brownies are ready? Well, if you can insert a wooden pick into the mixture and it comes out clean – without any wet mixture sticking to it – then the brownies are just right.
5. Simply cut the brownies into 6 evenly sized pieces, dust with cocoa powder and top with the remaining raspberries.
