WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE AT GOLD'S GYM NUTRITION?

At Gold's Gym Nutrition, you'll find everything you need for a legendary workout – whether you want to finally achieve more success in the gym or you're already moving at bodybuilding level. We offer top-class fitness food and supplements that have it all. Our range includes not only basic products like whey protein, protein drinks, shakes and bars, but also high-quality shots, liquids, powders and caps. In addition, you will find a variety of vegan, soy-free, gluten-free and low-fat products. Check it out!

HOW DO YOU ENSURE PRODUCT QUALITY AND SAFETY?

The quality and safety of our nutrition products is not only a top priority for our product developers, but also for our entire team. Here you can find out which quality standards are obvious for us and how we successfully guarantee our product safety on an ongoing basis.

CAN THE PRODUCTS BE HARMFUL TO ME?

Don't worry, each of our products has been thoroughly tested by qualified nutritionists and are not harmful to you. Please follow the recommended intake for each product. Are you suffering from a chronic illness, pregnant or breastfeeding? Then you should always discuss the consumption of fitness food with your doctor. Better safe than sorry!

WHERE ELSE CAN I BUY GOLD'S GYM NUTRITION PRODUCTS?

In addition to our online shop, you can also find our products in the fitness studios of the McFIT, John Reed Fitness, Gold's Gym and High5 chains in Germany and Austria.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF OPENED PRODUCTS?

This differs from product to product. The instant consumption products (such as bars) should be consumed immediately for an ideal taste experience. Stock products such as powders etc. can be stored in a cool, dry and dark place in their sealed packaging until the stated best-before date. Please note the best-before date ("BBD") on the packaging, not to be confused with the production date, which is marked with "L" or "LOT".

HOW DO I COMPLAIN ABOUT A PRODUCT?

If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied with a product ordered from the online shop, please contact us by email at nutrition@goldsgym.shop. If you have a complaint about a product purchased at McFIT, John Reed, High5 or Gold's Gym, please contact the staff there who will be happy to help you.

ARE GOLD'S GYM NUTRITION PRODUCTS ALSO SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes! Our products are suitable for everyone who wants to achieve their personal, small or large training goal. Have you just started training or are you not yet that experienced? With the right basic products such as shakes, bars and drinks, Gold's Gym Nutrition supports you every day anew on your individual path! WHAT DOES CFM STAND FOR?

The abbreviation CFM stands for "cross-flow microfiltration", one of the best filtration methods used to obtain the coveted whey isolate. Whey protein isolate is the purest form of whey protein. It is digested more quickly than whey concentrate and the protein molecules are preserved because the proteins are not subject to denaturation during production. Protein shakes produced according to the CFM process are the absolute gold standard: with their enormously high protein content of up to 90%, they contribute to maintaining and building muscle mass and are an absolute must! Convince yourself of CFM Whey Isolate now!

WHICH OF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE MANUFACTURED ACCORDING TO THE CFM METHOD?

Our refreshing CFM Whey Isolate Shake, produced in Germany according to the highest standards, is obtained using the CFM method. Thanks to the special microfiltration process, the gently extracted whey protein has a very high biological value. It is digested within a very short time and is quickly available to your muscles. The shake consists of 90% whey protein isolate, contains only 0.2g sugar and 0.3g fat per serving. This makes the high-quality protein shake ideal for competitive athletes or those on a diet.

WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT ALLERGENS CONTAINED?

All allergens contained in our products are visibly highlighted in the list of ingredients. If you are in the online shop, you will also find the information for each product on the respective product detail page. WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT THE NUTRIENTS CONTAINED?

On the packaging as well as on the detailed pages of our products in the online shop, all the ingredients contained are listed in the ingredients list and provided with a nutritional value table.

WHICH GELATINE IS USED FOR THE CAPSULE PRODUCTS?

The capsule shells of our BCAA capsules, creatine capsules and Lipo-Caps are made of bovine gelatin.

DO YOU OFFER ADVICE ON SPORTS NUTRITION?

Of course! You can find everything about nutrition and training in our blog section. Here you can expect not only practical tips and facts on current topics in the fitness and bodybuilding industry, but also recipe ideas and helpful tools such as our BMI calculator and calorie calculator. DO YOU ALSO HAVE PRODUCTS FOR VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS?

The Gold's Gym Nutrition team also thinks about vegetarians and vegan athletes. For this reason, products like the creatine powder, the training booster shot or our energy shot are vegan and provide you with valuable nutrients for your workout. Our product developers are continuously working on expanding the range of vegan products.

QUESTIONS ABOUT NUTRIENTS

WHAT IS CREATINE?

Creatine is one of the most researched, undisputed and effective supplements in the fitness industry. Top and amateur athletes worldwide use it, whether in strength, endurance or team sports. Creatine, when consumed at 3 grams daily, increases physical performance during high-speed strength training in the context of short-term intensive physical activity, such as weight training or even sprints. Creatine is therefore very suitable as a dietary supplement for strength training. We offer creatine in powder form and as creatine capsules.  

WHAT ARE BCAAS?

35% of working muscle is made up of the branched chain essential amino acids - or BCAAs (for Branched Chain Amino Acids). This alone highlights the outstanding importance of the BCAA trio leucine, isoleucine and valine for the body. BCAAs are not metabolised in the liver like other amino acids, but directly in the muscles. This means they end up particularly quickly where they are needed. In phases of low glycogen levels, for example during a low-carbohydrate diet, they are involved in gluconeogenesis, a way of producing energy without carbohydrates.

WHAT DOES EAAS MEAN?

EAAs (Essential Amino Acids) is the abbreviation for all nine essential amino acids. Your body cannot produce them itself, which is why you have to take them with your food. They include the amino acids valine, leucine, lysine, isoleucine, methionine, tryptophan, phenylalanine, histidine and threonine.

WHY CAN'T I FIND INFORMATION ON ALL THE NUTRIENTS HERE?

The European Food Safety Authority prohibits sports nutrition manufacturers from making claims about nutrients such as BCAAs, beta-alanine, L-arginine, L-glutamine, caffeine and others that are found in many popular products that have been used successfully by strength athletes worldwide for many years. Even though we remain convinced of the importance of these active ingredients for athletes and also use them in our products, we naturally adhere to the legal requirements of the European Union and refrain from making health-related claims about these nutrients.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INVOICE?

You will receive your invoice with your shipping confirmation to the email address you provided.

If you have chosen the payment option Pay Later, the invoice processing was taken over by our partner KLARNA.

They will send the invoice to your email address after delivery. Please also check your spam folder.If you have already received your goods and have not received an invoice yet, please contact KLARNA directly. 

HOW DO I REDEEM A PROMO CODE?

Vouchers can be entered in the checkout area of the Gold's Gym online shop. Next to the total amount is the line "Apply voucher". Once you have filled the input mask with the code, click on "OK".  Then quickly answer the question about how you know Gold's Gym and you will receive your voucher code. If you get a message that the voucher is invalid, the code may have already been redeemed or the conditions may not have been met. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CONDITIONS?

We offer you a high security standard and a high flexibility for your purchase in our online shop. You can choose your products without a minimum order value. Here you will find more detailed information on shipping costs and delivery times.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Depending on the destination country, the shipping costs and our free shipping limit differ. You can find more information HERE

TO WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER?

We currently deliver to all EU countries for you.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PACKSTATION?

Of course, we also deliver our products to a DHL Packstation/parcel locker.

If the parcel is too big for the compartments, it will be held for you to pick up at the nearest post office.

Please note that our products are foodstuffs. As our goods can only be sent unrefrigerated, high temperatures damage the product properties. During the summer months, we do not recommend delivery to Packstations. For this reason, we do not guarantee delivery to Packstations.

CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Within Germany, delivery is usually made within 1-3 working days. For deliveries to Austria, the shipping service provider DHL usually needs 2-4 working days.

In this case, you are welcome to contact us for more information about your package. Please send us your order number and the address to which your order should be sent. We will get to the bottom of the matter for you as soon as possible.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN TAKE?

Your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods.

WHEN WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED?

If you send us a return, we will automatically refund your credit within 14 days of processing the return. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. Unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
